Since the 1960s, Overland Bar has kept the Boise Bench buzzing with neon lights, cold drinks, pool tables, and a nightly karaoke lineup packed with more classics than a jukebox. Regulars and first-timers alike pile in for a taste of real Boise nightlife: unpolished, friendly, and always full of laughter. Out back, the covered and heated patio stays busy year-round—a smoky mix of stories, banter, and quick breathers between songs. You don’t have to be the next big thing; you just have to show up.
Kurtis bought the bar after working behind the counter for years. He loves this place and these people, and it shows in the way Overland still feels like home for anyone who walks through the door.
